Dismantled get ready to support Combichrist on a European tour by having a warm up show at Bar Sinister in Hollywood. I haven't kept up with these guys over the past couple years,but their first three albums usually rotate a lot on my playlist from this genre. The electropop band Dragonette, based out in Canada are currently touring, and return to the City of Angeles at the end of summer. I have yet to see them perform live, but I can't wait to. Martina, the lead singer is pure sexiness! Watching her prance around stage singing her jams all hot and sweaty sounds pretty fucken cool.

Many of of their songs have been remixed by heavy hitters in the game like, Midnight Juggernauts, ARITHMATIX! from Van She, Beaumont (favorite of mine), amongst others. This one's from the Midnight Juggernauts, really great remix.
Crystal Fighters release a new video for their new single "In the Summer." This video is so radd!!! It's full of crazy ass weird looking puppet creature things, haha. My favorite part is the face with the yellow paint thing, really trippy. You can get the song for free along with a remix, just head over to the CF myspace.

OMG! I hope this is no hoax, and this festival actually goes down!! The Pacific Festival taking place in Irivine, CA, if true.. sounds to be just as promising as any other summer fest. The line up so far includes the following acts which should be reason enough to run your ass down to the ticket store and pick one up. Believe me, you DON'T want to miss out on this event. The festival is said to take place on Septhember 4th, 2010 at the Hidden Valley Park. Lets keep our fingers crossed and hope this actually happens. Two Door Cinema Club who released their amazing debut album Tourist History earlier this year, have graced us with their new video for the latest single COME BACK HOME. I had the privilege of seeing these guys perform at an intimate venue in Hollywood, CA called Bardot. Their set was full of energy and their sound was better than CD/mp3, or whatever quality (haha). If you missed out on their appearances in L.A, make sure not too miss them again. They return to Los Angeles at The Henry Fonda Nov 2nd so keep that night open. Watch the video over and over, maybe you can figure out what's going on because I can't plus I get dizzy watching it.
